Step indicators with moving horizontal s

I have been exploring the indicator of steps on the price chart. So far I've only found three that have potential. Two of them (stepChart and Non-lagMA) look very interesting on the chart themselves, "until" you actually iterate over the chart and do the calculations. Then, what seemed like a beautiful place turned into a disaster area. The third (HAS) can and does work, but this approach can greatly enhance it.
The difference in using them is "how" you manage your stop loss.

I tried trend lines but got kicked out too early

Try moving the trendline stop from one step to another (the origin doesn't change, but the slope endpoint changes with each step)

Tried using filter but failed. (They all seem to agree in a way that isn't helpful, or looks like spaghetti to me)

Then I tried something that almost seemed ridiculous. Instead of using a trend line, I applied a moving horizontal stop loss line. Suddenly, an impending catastrophe begins to show great potential. This method appears to be secure and captures the most data without leaking more than necessary. Exit rules tend to keep you trading during periods of volatility.

Pictures will explain it best. While there's only one picture, I think you'll get an idea of how to apply it to other indicators.

I hope we can all be tolerant and considerate. We were both newbies and asked seemingly stupid questions. Let’s make this topic accessible to all knowledge levels. Sometimes the best ideas come from looking at things in a strange way that doesn't seem logical at first glance.
