High Probability Fibonacci Zones - MT4/MT5 Resources
Hello fellow traders,
In this article I would like to discuss the "High Probability Fibonacci Zones" mentioned in the attached PDF file.
In order to make your trading more predictable and traders feel more comfortable with their positions, we must find the answers to three fundamental questions about HPFZ.
No.1 - How long does it take to reach the predefined Fibonacci zone?
No.2 - How often does the high percentage support area become the low area of the day?
No.3 - How soon does a predefined high percentage resistance zone become the day's high zone?
The attached PDF says that in order to define tomorrow's Fibonacci area, we have to look at today's high + low + close and then predict tomorrow's area.
Step 1 - Create Region Add Today's H+L+C Divided by 3 = Equilibrium Point C
Calculate 50% of today's range and add it to C = D
Calculate 50% of today's range and subtract it from C = B which adds the full day range to the equilibrium point C = E
Subtract the full day range equilibrium point C = A
Step 2 - Add Fibonacci Support/Resistance Bands 1 and 2
Support Range 1 - Calculate 0.618 of the day's range and subtract this value from the equilibrium point C = B1. (Area between B and B1 = Fib-Sup-Band 1)
Calculate 1.382 of the day's range and subtract this value from the equilibrium point C = A1. (Area between A and A1 = Fib-Sup-Band 2)
Calculate 0.618 of the day's range and add it to the equilibrium point C = D1 (area between D and D1 = Fib-Res-Band 1)
Calculate 1.382 of the day's range and add it to the equilibrium point C = E1 (area between E and E1 = Fib-Res-Band 2)
This is the preparation for the day. HPFZ's entire approach is based on the question: "Given a certain closed-open combination, are there predictable and (highly) likely areas where the market will reach?"
Therefore a large amount of data needs to be analyzed, which cannot be done manually, and I will do my best to come up with appropriate solutions. I don't know how to program MQL, but I am very familiar with php and MySQL, and since I can export data from MT4, I can analyze it according to "HPFZ rules" in a familiar database environment.
Once I complete this analysis I will post the data here.
If you are interested please let me know and leave a comment. You're welcome.
