Daily Scalping EA - Discussion Thread (Daily Scalping EA - Discussion Thread)
Hi All This is a topic related to Automation with EA (Trading System) Part Time Wealth Creator - Daily Scalping started by Tkimble (big thanks to him for all the great trading systems he shares on this forum)
Since I can't modify this article further for 48 hours, you can find the latest EA updates in my signature.
The Daily Scalping EA is designed to be used with the original Tkimble rules, so see his post to see how it works.
User settings usage:
GMT_Shift = Your broker's shift is relative to the GMT time zone (enter 3 if GMT+3, -1 if GMT-1)
TakeProfit = Take Profit (in pips) when the EA will close the current order
StopLoss = the number of stop loss points at which the EA will close the current order
HourToCloseOrders = the time the EA will close all positions
SundayCandleExists = Make the EA not care about Sunday candle signs. Set true if your broker gets Sunday candles and false everywhere else
Lot size = fixed contract quantity (only used when UseMoneyManagement = false)
UseMoneyManagement = Flag to let the EA use money management routines and Risk per trade Risk = Risk allowed per trade (only used if UseMoneyManagement = true)
Slippage = Maximum slippage allowed (in pips)
MaxLossesTradesPerDay = Maximum allowed losing trades per pair per day (set to 2, if the EA loses 2 times in a day, then trading will be stopped until the start of a new day, even if the HourToCloseOrders is not reached)
Notice:
The EA will also automatically handle MagicNumber generation so that you can place it within the same account with multiple pairs or multiple EAs without any interference
Optimization settings:
Take Profit = 200;
stop loss = 40;
Close order time = 17;
Maximum daily trading loss = 2;
(Optimization settings are still under research, all traders are encouraged to share his results here)
