Trading System "Simplicity" - MT4/MT5 Resources
Hello,
I'm Mantas from the UK. I want to share my trading system. I know how to trade, but I hope we can use my templates to create a more profitable system.
So my system is:
I'm using H1 timeframe.
Look for the signal starting at 06:00GMT and lasting 8-9 hours.
Currency pairs I use: EUR/USD; GBP/USD; USD/CHF; USD/JPY (but we can test the rest)
Indicator only: Heiken Ashi Candles
100EMA
If price is above 100EMA seek to buy if price is below 100EMA seek to sell
When the price is above 100EMA you need to look for Heiken Ashi which changes the color from red to blue When the price is below 100EMA you need to look for Heiken Ashi which changes the color from blue to red
Therefore, if we have a signal formed, we need to open 3 orders (I call orders A, B and C the same lot size)
Stop Loss Above/Below Entry Candle Take Profit = Stop Loss
The idea for 3 orders is:
Order A = SL = TP
Order B = SL = TP
Order C = Stop Loss and No Take Profit, we will use Trailing Stop
If orders A and B are profitable, then for order C stop loss, we will move below each new Heiken Ashi candle until the trend changes and the stop loss is hit.
I took this money management concept from Peter Crown's system The Dibs. If you risk 1% for each order and you reach the tp of orders A(+1%) and B(+1%), and if the price changes and order C hits your stop loss (-1%), you will still end up making 1% profit from order A.
The risk on an order should not exceed 1%.
