Day Trading system - Simple system to make money (Day Trading system - Simple system to ma)
Hello everyone,
I'm testing this system. I have attached beta versions of both indicators. Both indicators are simple indicators. One indicator is used to detect whether market conditions are suitable for trading, and the other indicator will give and sell signals.
Don't forget to post your feedback about the system
Time range: m5
****[[An example of simplified rules can be found here:]] https://www.forexfactory.com/showthr...3#post12972683
If you try to use it on a different time frame, then you have to follow different rules.
Vola detector indicator lights:
This indicator will advise you whether you can place a trade or not. It does not send trade signals. This indicator is a support system.
When the market becomes inactive, the color is yellow, which means the trend becomes flat. When the market is ready to move, the color is green, which means it starts to move. When the market starts to move, the color is red, which means the market is volatile. How to trade using this ---->
Red indicates a powerful move. The market is highly volatile, so trading is prohibited. [With exceptions]
Yellow and green means the market is flat or starting to break out of range. So we can trade when these colors appear.
Before placing a trade, we must check the color rules that appeared before:
1. Green will appear after red.
2. Yellow will appear after green.
3. Green will appear after yellow
4. Green will be followed by red and trade with yellow or green.
When yellow appears, you can trade. [Rule 2]
Trades can only be made when green appears after yellow. [Rule 3]
When red appears, no transaction can be made. There are some exceptions-->>Red may form when the market starts trending. So this can be considered green]<<--[Rule 4]
When green appears after red, no trade can be made. [Rule 1]
FxAdder indicator:
This indicator will give buy and sell signals.
When a blue candle appears, it is a buy signal. When a red candle appears, it is a sell signal.
Blue Candle - Place a buy stop order above the high of the blue candle. If the blue candle's high is lower than the previous candle's high, place a buy stop order higher than the previous candle's high.
Red Candle - Place a sell stop order below the low of the red candle. If the red candle's low is higher than the previous candle's low, place a stop-loss sell order lower than the previous candle's low.
Place these pending orders 1 pip above or below the signal candle.
These pending orders must be triggered by the next 5 candles, otherwise cancel the pending order and wait for another signal /// or wait for the candle to close above/below the blue/red candle or the high/low price of the previous candle. Then place these pending orders.
What are the ways to trade the signals given by the FxAdder indicator?
1. The next candle triggers immediately
2. Wait for the next 5 candles to trigger the order
3. Wait for the candle to close above/below the blue/red candle or the previous candle’s high/low respectively
If a blue or red candle occurs within the first hour candle of the trading session, then wait for the 5m candle to close above/below the first hour candle high/low. Then place pending orders above or below these candles.
Will attach some screenshots for your reference
Money management:
When a sell signal occurs below the first hour low, then the sell signal is considered a trend following signal. When a buy signal occurs above the first hour high, the buy signal is considered a trend following signal. When a sell signal occurs above the first hour high, the sell signal is considered a trend pair signal [reduced risk per trade compared to trend following signals]
When a buy signal occurs below the first hour low, then the buy signal is considered a trend signal [reduced risk per trade compared to trend following signals]
********* Do not trade if the closing price is not above or below the first hourly candle
********* You can only trade if the 5m candle closes above or below the first hourly candle of the day. Transactions can then be made anywhere
********* If a trade setup occurs after the London trading session closes, do not place a trade. Trading is prohibited 4 hours before market close
Sorry for my bad English.
