Clear Trend Following System - MT4/MT5 Resources
Hello everyone
I reviewed my favorite indi's and setups since I started trading 7 years ago and put them together to create a trading system with very clear entry setups, the idea is to catch the trend early when everything is in place.
Indicators used and their settings:
SMA period 50
MACD 36,78,27
OBV - connect SMA period 50 to the OBV subwindow using settings (first indicator data)
Stoch period 200,3,3, with SMA setting
RSI period 30
All indi settings use: price = closing price
Entry type:
1) You can enter by queuing up in any order
2) Enter the MACDMA crossover (not talking about the zero line) when everything else is online.
3) When everything else is aligned, enter the favorable direction of MACD historical color changes.
Buy signals without entering the market:
1) The price is above the 50 SMA and the 50 SMA is starting or has tilted.
2) The OBV is above the 50 SMA and is starting to tilt or has already tilted.
3) Stoch Cycle 200 has moved to or has moved above the 50 level.
4) RSI period 30 has moved to or has moved above the 50 level.
5) MACD MA and HISTO are both starting to tilt or have already tilted.
Sell signals without entry:
1) Price is below the 50 SMA and the 50 SMA is starting or has already sloped downwards.
2) The OBV is below the 50 SMA and is starting or has already sloped downwards.
3) The Stoch Cycle 200 is already below or already below the 50 level.
4) RSI period 30 has moved to or below the 50 level.
5) MACD MA and HISTO both start or have sloped downward.
