Low Risk High Gain Strategy Using MA + S
Editor's Note: Sorry, due to a phone error I was unable to upload the chart directly to FF on Page 1. But you can find the trading setup with chart on page 2.
Dear everyone, this is my strategy. Feel free to jump in.
We know that trading is a game of probabilities. So what we have to do is minimize the risk. We don't need complicated strategies to make profits in the long run. The situation is different if we want to trade fundamentals.
The strategy is simple.
LWMA 405 indicator and Parabolic SAR standard.
I use H1 to represent the buy/sell outlook. M30 entrance.
We look to sell when prices are below the moving average in the first half and buy when they are above the moving average.
Use SAR to enter and exit.
This is the example for EUROJPY.
Clearly H1 is in a downtrend and retracement/retracement. So I'm waiting for the upper directional indicator to come in, trying to catch the trend. Of course, in range markets, things can go badly. That's why we need to calculate MM. I did not enter @ the first SAR upper point because the market was just a pullback in anticipation of market volatility.
