Magic 5 (Magic 5) | Foreign exchange EA download - MT4/MT5 resources | MT5 EA download
Magic 5 is a modified version of the amazing Magic 100 trading strategy
This system can trade any Forex pair and is used on H1 timeframe
Similar to the Magic 100, you need the 100 Exponential Moving Average to help visualize strong trends. If the price is above 100EMA, you only go long, if the price is below 100EMA, you only go short
You also need a 5 EMA to help you better arrange your entry time
Buy signal:
1) If the candle is below the 5EMA and does not touch the 5EMA, use it as an alert
2) If price breaks above the high of the alert candle; open a position
3) If the price continues to fall; change the alert to the highest of the next lower candle. Alternatively you can keep the same alert starting from the first candle
4) You can choose any number of transactions per day. Cancel trade after 4 alert candle changes
5) The stop loss is fixed at the lowest point of the previous 2 candles, and the profit ratio is 1:1
After extensive testing recently, the hit rate appears to be very high. Look for feedback on money management and any ideas to improve performance. If everyone can test at the same time, we can start to accumulate some data that will help fine-tune it as a money printing machine
I currently have a working bot on TradingView that generates signals, entries and exits. I'm still working on it, but it's fully functional.
Here are some examples of entries that have not yet encoded 100EMA. However, I added vertical lines on the entries that are actually filtered. The RR for these examples is 1:1.5, but it's best to start with 1:1 until you can learn to identify better trends.
