The system operates with a strong emphasis on its rules, but it is important not to focus so much on the rules that you lose sight of how the market changes relative to the rules. It was developed under the guidance of mentors and is designed specifically for scalping, relying on favorable market conditions such as dynamic movements and minimizing spreads .

Trading system rules:

Timeframe: Trade on shorter timeframes such as M1-M5.
EMA conditions: The price must be higher than the 20 EMA to buy, and lower than the 20 EMA to sell.
Candle condition: The candle color must change.
Set column standards:
1. The preparation bar must be a strong bar with a closing price within 75% of its range.
2. The volume of the set bar must be higher than the volume of the previous bar.
ATR Requirements: ATR(14) (Average True Range) must be above 4 points, or within the NY KZ ( this occurs between 8:00 AM and 12:00 PM (ET), when both London and New York trading sessions are active. This period is known for increased trading volume and volatility in the FX market)
Targets and Stops:
1. Target: Aim for 1R (one times the set candle range).
2. Stop loss: can be set very close to the low (buy) or high (sell) of the setting candle.

How it works:

The system should trade manually.
Breakouts of major trend lines or support and resistance levels can create very good opportunities for the system and we can call it (Bull/Bear Breakout Phase)
If the setup candle is very large, trade with caution.
Setups are often the product of engulfing candles... TBD what that means.
