Buyside and Sellside Liquidity PDH & PDL (Buyside and Sellside Liquidity PDH & PDL)
This is a simple strategy that does not require indicators a priori, but it can be useful to use indicators to see what is going on. SMT divergence .
This strategy is based on taking liquidity from PDL and PDH (previous day's high and low). It also works with PWH and PWL (last week's high and low).
The goal of this strategy is to find a short position when the price reaches the previous day's high, or a long position when the price reaches the previous day's low.
Profit taking is the opposite, i.e. if we hold a short position we will take profit at the previous day's low and vice versa.
The input signal I'm using is:
- If the price draws liquidity from PDH, I would wait for the London open to trade above the Asian session. I entered the trade when prices re-entered the Asian session down. My favorite system is when price shows SMT divergence.
- The same thing happens in reverse for the bulls.
- My SL is above the maximum or minimum.
- The huge advantage of this strategy is the risk-reward ratio it offers.
- I use 15-30 minute charts and day trade.
I put an example picture to understand it.
I'm attaching some of the indicators I use.
I hope you will be able to take advantage of this information and use this system to your advantage in technical analysis.
The great advantage of this system is that every day there are opportunities for some assets.
You simply wait for liquidity to be absorbed by PDH or PDL, wait for the London trading session, look for SMT divergence, and then execute your entry.
Stop Loss and Take Profit are very clear so you can leave the order and enjoy the rest of the day.
One trade per day is enough to generate sufficient profits.
Say a profit ratio of 1:3 is also a good time to close. This ratio will pay you back handsomely in the long run.
The losses in this system are very small and the gains are very large.
I hope you like this system.
