Trend Channel ADXVMA Supply Demand MTF System (Trend Channel ADXVMA Supply Demand MTF S)

author EAcpu | 2 reads | 0 comments |
Hey everyone,

It's been a while since my last post on Forex Factory. After some time away, I'm back with a fresh perspective and a new Forex strategy that I've been developing. It combines automatic trend channels, ADXVMA, supply and demand zones, multi-timeframe highs/lows, and stochastic retracement signals for precise entries. I primarily focus on trading daily charts to capture clearer trends and reduce market noise. I'm eager to share progress, exchange ideas, and get your feedback for further improvements. Looking forward to reconnecting and learning together.

The core of this Forex strategy is to trade in the direction of a strong, clear trend, confirmed by automated multi-timeframe trend channels that must converge. Entry timing is determined based on pullbacks, and the ADXVMA indicator is used to verify trend direction and, along with the Stochastic Retracement Arrow indicator, to verify strong pullbacks. Supply and demand areas are key profit targets, while the multi-timeframe high-low indicator helps identify important support and resistance levels on different timeframes. These levels help traders determine the best entry and exit points, as well as areas where smart money may push the market's direction.

Below is a prime example of a required long entry, marked with a golden arrow on the chart. The opposite of short trading.

Weekly and Daily Trend Channels:
The weekly and daily Motor Trend channels are converging, showing a strong green uptrend.

ADXVMA callback area:
Price retraced between the ADXVMA channels, during which the price action turned gray, indicating a temporary pause in trend momentum.

Random callback arrow:
During retracements in the gray area, the Stochastic Retracement indicator prints upward arrows, indicating potential oversold conditions.
This must happen while price remains within the gray zone, and price should not go into the red at any time during this setup.

Enter trigger:
The price then quickly returned to the green zone, prompting a long position on the first green candle.

Support rejection confirmation:
Prices recently tested and rejected 90-day or yearly lows, adding to the strength of the bull bias.

Trend confirmation tools:
The multi-time frame ADX Tor indicator shows a bullish trend on both weekly and monthly levels. The Signal Bar indicator supports this directional deviation.

Monthly candle adjustments:
The monthly candlestick is bullish - this is a key condition we seek to ensure alignment with the broader market momentum.

Early exit criteria (risk control):
If the price immediately moves against the trade and re-enters the gray area of the ADXVMA channel (indicating a loss of directional momentum), close the position. This helps avoid experiencing weak or failed setups.

Sustainability and Profit Targets:
If the price moves in your favor, manage the trade by observing key reaction points. You can hold a trade until:

  1. Prices reach and react to well-defined supply or demand areas (depending on trade direction),
  2. Or price tests 90-day or yearly highs/lows - both of which are strong potential reversal or profit-taking areas.

Stop loss setting:
Stop loss levels are flexible depending on your risk tolerance. A common approach I use is to start with an entry candle of 2x ATR (average true range) - this dynamically adapts to market fluctuations while providing room for natural price movements.

I am completely open to new ideas, indicators, or methods - anything that a trader thinks will help improve or grow this system. This is not a locked thread, and while I know this may cause some confusion, I welcome it.

Sign Changer Profit Display Indicator <br> If you are unable to display Forex pairs correctly on your indicator, try the following:

Manual pairing settings :
Go to the " User Selected Currency Pairs" section in the indicator settings. Manually enter the Forex currency pairs you want displayed, making sure to use the exact symbol format used by your broker (some brokers include a prefix or suffix, such as EURUSD.a or GBPUSDm).

Automatic pairing detection :
Alternatively, enable the "Automatically select currency pairs from Market Watch" option under "Select currency pair display". This will automatically populate the list with the assets currently visible in the MT4 Market Watch window. Make sure the desired currency pair is visible in Market Watch (right-click in Market Watch and select "Show All" if required).
