I use 2 I-REG indicators on the 5 minute time frame

and 1 hour of I-REG

I also use hieken ashi

It's very easy to use

Basically when the 1 hour tilt you enter, then the 5 minute tilt wait for the blue hhieken ashi to go below the 5 minute I-REG

and under 1 hour I-REG

5 minutes white linen

Orange for 1 hour
