IR method

welcome

My name is Insider, I have been trading the financial markets for a few years and through my years of trading I have noticed certain things about the markets that I previously ignored.

The market is not a free market determined by random price movements, but a market influenced by those who can see both sides of the market (market makers), and these price movements can be understood and modeled in order to profitably exploit the prices.

The ISR method was not created, but discovered as this price structure continued to manifest itself in Forex, equities and other markets.

I will continue to improve this first article as we progress, providing information on the approach.

ISR stands for me - inducement
S - Stop hunting
R——Run for profit

These are the three elements you'll find in the price. Sometimes it's clear, sometimes it's not. Speaking of which, stocks are my favorite and then following currencies because they do move in similar but not exactly the same way.

1. Bullishness and Sentiment

Before we start discussing trade setups, we need to first discuss bullishness and sentiment.
We may all have different opinions and theories on how the market moves up and down, but what we all have in common is that we all look for repeats in it to make profits.

For stocks we will use the weekly time frame for the ISR method , but for Forex and metals like silver we will use the 4 hour time frame.

These time reputations are not randomly selected as they have been proven to work well in the emotional direction over time, which is an advantage for trade establishment.

The chart should be kept as clear as possible with any other indicator except the 3 EMA wave (thanks Raghee Horner) which is set to...
60 EMA High - Gree n
60 EMA Close - Blue

Stock Bull Market and Forex Bull Market

Whenever a stock's weekly candle closes above its moving average, we are in bullish sentiment.
Whenever the 4-hour candle closes with a close above the moving average wave, we are in a bullish sentiment.

Stocks and Forex
Whenever a stock's weekly candle closes below its moving average, we are in a bearish sentiment.
Whenever the 4-hour candle closes below the moving average, we are in a bearish sentiment.

Without this sentiment, we will not be able to better guide our trade setups and may be placing counter-trend trades when we seek products (stocks or currency pairs) that show consistency in trend moves.

2. I R structure
For the trade setup we will be using the Forex hourly chart and a stock daily time frame

I'm going to talk about setting up the structure and I'll talk about it in detail later. Emotion is the key to being able to trade this setup effectively

(A) Induction
The first thing a market maker has to do is induce you to go in the right direction at the wrong time. They do this by motivating you to see that the market is rising or falling at that time, and there appears to be a positive move in that direction.

(B)
Follow the inducement with a stop hunt to eliminate the stop and induce you to go in the wrong direction. Induction with Stop Hunting is a classic ISR method for price action structures.

(C) Run for profit
After the stop loss search, the market maker starts moving the price in the expected direction to take profits. This can be seen by pushing up or down in a zigzag fashion.
This is to build an understanding of the trading price structure, which I will cover in detail as we progress.

For stocks we look for these structures on the daily timeframe, then for FX and other markets (more on that later) we look for setups on H1
If you try to get it down to 15 minutes, you'll find that the setup process comes with a perfect chance of frustration and burn.

3. Anatomy of Trading Setup

I am very conflicted about ISR threading technology between the first release Post or entry settings post , but I will first talk about the I R trade settings and then at a later stage I will cover the ISR threading skills .

a) We have previously determined that our trades occur in the direction of sentiment . There will always be setups that occur in directions that don't align with our sentiment, but being a successful trend trader means that we don't trade all trends, especially those that don't align with our sentiment.

b) After the stop search, we wait for the price candle to pop (if buying) or pop (if selling) and close. We then wait for the price to show a retracement candle or a closing doji (some form of resistance) before eventually expecting the candle to break above the previous resistance candle'-

The stop loss for c) will be set below the moving average as shown in the figure, with a risk-reward ratio of 1:2 (the reason will be explained later)

4. Pairing selection

The following pair is not a complete list but there are a few senior pairs you can start practicing this method without having too many ackee

EUR JPY GBP NZD GBP/USD AUD/USD
EURUSD (this may have some attitude)
oil

Over time I will edit this information to make it simpler and clearer.
