I purchased the Phoenix Mission course a few years ago
I read it again
3 EMA and 5 EMA must be outside the 13 EMA high and low, this is the strength of the trend, if 3 and 5 are within the 13 high and low there is no trade
The 76 moving average is the trend on the daily chart, with buying at the top and selling at the bottom.
