Entry price breaks through the upper or lower limit
Bollinger Bands Alert Indicator or Bollinger Bands EA would be good
Buy when the price breaks through the upper or lower limit area, exit when the price hits the upper or lower limit area
I like the 15 minute time frame,
You can try it on any time frame
