In the literature, one finds different variants of golden crosses and death crosses, mainly bearish versus bullish moving average crossovers.
Here I have come up with my own variation of calculating the crossover of two LWMA (Linear Weighted MA) of the opening and closing prices using period 5.
The "smGoldenCross Trend" indicator plots a moving average, or just the average of two moving averages.

An interesting and useful idea is to determine the future closing price at which the crossover will occur.
Consider setting a buy stop or sell stop at this level.

According to Elder, when it comes to trading, you should use a "triple screen" approach.
The upper limit, current limit, and lower limit of the time range are:
M15-M5-M1
H1-M15-M5
H4-H1-M15
D1-H4-H1
W1-D1-H4
MN1-W1-D1
