I made my first EA (not a scalper, t/p 100), ran it on EURUSD M1 in 2007 (January 1, 2007 - November 25, 2007),

Very surprised - an initial deposit of $3000 and a profit of about $1 million!

Unfortunately, it lost deposits between 2005 and 2006 and again in December 2007.

Trying to use stops, closes, time limits, etc. will make the situation worse.

Many potentially profitable orders were filtered out. Obviously, the capital drawdown is obvious.

Does anyone have any ideas on how to improve the reliability of the EA without cutting off potentially "good" orders?

Don't think of it as a hassle, share.

The setting is maximum aggressive and the risk level can be reduced using the following parameters:

a) MaxLots - reduced to 1.

b) LotsRiskReductor - increasing, up to 5-10

c) SpanGator - increased to 3-5.

Although the reduction of risk in a single order system does not lead to an overall improvement of the system.

Open orders prevent other orders from being opened, whether profitable or unprofitable.

Therefore, IMHO, a complete test of system quality can only be done without restrictions

About order quantity.
