Below, the chart on the 30-minute time frame of the Dow Jones Industrial Average [US30] shows a price correction (BC) reaching the 61.8% Fibonacci level while encountering a horizontal transition (support turning into resistance).
In this case, the 61.8% Fibonacci level acts as a resistance level, creating the right conditions to enter a sell trade.
