TrendX indicator can be used for market entry/exit. The red line indicates the direction of movement and the green line indicates the trend. A rising green line indicates directional movement, while a falling or horizontal green line indicates correction or flatness.
The indicator uses the SmoothAlgorithms.mqh library class (must be copied to terminal_data_folder\MQL5\Include). The use of the class "Average price series for intermediate calculations without using additional buffers" is described in detail in the article.
The indicator was first implemented in MQL4 and published in the code base of mql4.com on June 1, 2006.
