OandaX OrderBook Chart - MetaTrader 4 Script - MT4/MT5 Resources

This Oanda X product range is designed to display additional data provided by the Orders and Positions Oanda FX Labs service.

This OandaX Order Book Chart indicator is designed to display a historical histogram (indicated using vertical lines) of orders or positions on the instrument closest to the time specified by the user on the chart. In order to continuously update the data, the OandaX Download Manager EA needs to be run in the terminal. To display previously downloaded data, no EA is required.

This indicator serves as an example of calling the EA downloaded histogram data. The histogram scale is related to the chart scale. This means that when working with the OandaX OrderBook image history indicator, the histogram is not plotted at a user-defined location, but directly on the chat area where the data has been downloaded. The time the histogram was plotted will be displayed in the upper left corner (use the annotation feature).

If the vertical indicator line is located on bar 0 or to its right (upcoming historical position), the line will automatically move to the right when a new bar appears. This is done to enable continuous monitoring of the latest data being downloaded.

The above information applies to 16 instruments: AUDJPY, AUDUSD, EURAUD, EURCHF, EURGBP, EURJPY, EURUSD, GBPCHF, GBPJPY, GBPUSD, NZDUSD, USDCAD, USDCHF, USDJPY, XAUUSD, XAGUSD.

The minimum step size for historical data is 20 minutes, but depending on the depth of history, the step size can be increased to 24 hours, and there may be unexpected gaps.

The data is downloaded and saved as UTC. Therefore, in order to display the histogram time correctly, please set the correct time zone of your broker's server relative to UTC in the indicator settings.
