Ron Black's Oscillator indicator for MetaTrader 5.
This indicator does not have any parameters, so I don't think it is necessary to explain how it should be used (except that I would like to add my personal opinion that it should not be used on shorter timeframes: using it on timeframes starting from 1 hour gives better results in my opinion).
