Random using rsx as input to the calculation.
The stochastic indicator is good at enhancing the extremes of any value it is applied to, in this case using the so-called "smoothed rsi" (rsx is a smoother rsi, but without added lag). In this case, it smoothly shows the current trend as well as retracements to overbought and oversold levels (which are probably the most important to monitor as far as this indicator is concerned).
The code uses a general random calculation and sets the coloring of the values based on a gradient color compared to a random nth order value to make current trend determination (or changes in the same) easier.
