As useful as MACD is, it may be missing one thing: boundaries.
MACD is an unconstrained indicator, and many times we cannot estimate whether a certain minimum or maximum has been reached to determine whether the trend is strong, weak, or starting to run out. This version attempts to normalize MACD within a known range, which will allow us to achieve all of the above.
As with normal gradients, if you only want color on the slope, set the color step to 2.
