Instead of using fixed levels, this version of bismoothed random variables uses a "stripped" Laguerre filter to handle levels and trends.
Stripping the Laguerre filter displays the intermediate steps performed by the Laguerre filter as "levels" which can then be used as support/resistance (or overbought/oversold) levels for the underlying indicator (depending on the trading style). In this case, bismoothed random variables are used for the basic calculations.
