The Relative Vitality Index indicator is used in technical analysis to measure the credibility of recent price movements and their likelihood of continuation. RVI compares a security's positioning closing price relative to its price range and smoothes the results by calculating an exponential moving average of the values.

This indicator adds an inverse Fisher transform to RVI.
The Inverse Fisher Transform normalizes the values within the desired range (in this case -1 to +1), which helps in assessing overbought and oversold market conditions.
