The indicator has two oscillators - fast oscillator and slow oscillator. Their total value allows an assessment of market sentiment.
Market inertia is represented by slow oscillators, and trend is represented by fast oscillators.
The combined value of both oscillators provides an overview of the market, which is enough to make a decision to buy/sell or close an existing position.
