In the constant search for a mean with smaller lags, few attempts are quite good. The ZeroLAG MA indicator was first described in the April 2000 issue of Technical Analysis of Stocks and Commodities magazine. According to the creator, the ZeroLAG MA indicator is a moving average with zero lag. Whether we agree with it or not, it doesn't matter because it has significantly lower lag than some "regular" moving averages, so it can be used with any very important lagging system.
